Shipping

If you are located within the United States, we can ship to you!

This depends on where you live. We select the best shipping option for you based on where you are located in relation to the Chasing Tails warehouse. The carriers we use are FedEx, Amazon Logistics, and USPS.

We process your order within 1 to 2 standard business days. Once it is shipped, it should take 2 to 3 days to arrive.

Standard shipping is free of charge! We are not offering express shipping, yet.

Returns Support

Everyone changes their mind sometimes, and we are happy to accept returns. We just have a few basic conditions. Please send the item back within 30 days from the time you received it. It has to be in its original packaging and unused.

If the item was damaged or faulty, returns are free. To exchange an item, please email us to initiate your refund, and order the item again.

We process all refunds and returns within 48 hours after we receive the item. We process this to your original payment form, and it can take up to 7 days to show up in your bank or credit card account.

Payments

You can pay for your order with any one of the major credit and debit card companies. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

Our products are available from our website and our Amazon.com digital store.

When you shop with us, your details are well protected. We use Shopify Payments to process your transaction. This payment network is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, which means they meet all the categories of standards set out by PCI.

Product and Order Support

If the item is in stock, you'll see it listed as available in our digital store.

We don't have a brick and mortar store; all orders are processed digitally and fulfilled from our warehouse.

We guarantee that our products are undamaged and in good order, and will happily accept returns and exchanges as long as these conditions are met:

You bought the item on our website.

You haven't used the item at all.

You made the return request within 30 days of receipt.

You've returned the item within 14 days of the return/exchange request.

If you place an order and change your mind, you can cancel it as long as you do so before it is shipped. To change an order, you can simply cancel it and reorder.

Once you've placed your order, please check your inbox. We will email you a link you can use to track the status of it.
